Meet Bradley Mayer-Harman

I’m Brad Mayer-Harman, and nothing about my path here was handed to me.

I grew up in a single-parent home with three siblings. I worked my way through Brock’s Business School, graduating with honours in International Business — while paying for school, keeping a roof over my head, and buying my first home at just 22.

Since then, I’ve built a life I’m incredibly proud of — with my high school sweetheart (now wife and business partner), our two amazing kids, and a career grounded in real estate, leadership, and community impact.

I’ve owned and operated a real estate business that has ranked in the Top 1% of teams in Canada since 2016.

I’ve created and hosted charity and community events that have reached tens of thousands of families across our region since 2010.

I’ve taught others how to build wealth through smart financial decisions.

Served as a Canadian Forces Infantry Officer (2LT).

📈 I was elected the youngest-ever representative for Ontario REALTORS®, leading during a financial crisis and through the COVID-19 pandemic — managing a $40M budget, hiring a new CEO, and helping rewrite 20-year-old legislation in our industry.

What drives me? Helping people. Building trust. And staying real in a world full of filters.

I’m fiercely loyal, relentlessly driven, love travel and always looking to connect with good people who want to grow together.
